My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for 16 nights in June 2015. The booking process was straightforward, the communication was first class and most importantly David and Erin were trustworthy, honest hosts. The property was absolutely beautiful, really well appointed and equipped and spotlessly clean. High end toiletries and essentials were provided and my wife and I clearly packed many items that were unnecessary. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great for mornings at the beach whilst the resort pool (which was also fantastic) was deserted whilst we were there. The location could not be better with great access to US 41/75/Bonita Beach Road and a short drive to Wiggins beach. There is a Publix supermarket about 400 metres away and Bonita beach is about a mile away, in fact my wife and I walked down to Doc's beach bar on a couple of occasions. Whilst we did not avail ourselves of the cooking facilities in the property, everything you needed was there, however we chose to eat at the many restaurants in the close vicinity. We absolutely loved our morning coffee and evening drink on the Lanai overlooking the pool. This property is so good I have already booked for the same period next year.- John L, Yorkshire England

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days mid August and it was perfect.This rental exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures simply do not capture how large and beautifully decorated it is! We loved every minute here and are planning our next trip back already. In fact, after we stayed here, we went on to Marco Island with friends and stayed in a multi million dollar property, and we liked this condo better. I have many allergies and this condo was so clean that they were nonexistent! The sound and sight of the beautiful waterfall could be seen from not only the lanai, but also the living room, kitchen and dinning room. The resort style pool was larger than expected and wonderful to swim in as well as look at. We used their first rate work out facilities daily before we proceeded with the rest of our day. The beach was literally a bit more than 1 mile down the road and we loved sitting at Doc's Beach house (our favorite place) enjoying drinks, food and the view as well. We also rented jet ski's from Doc's for a private two hour dolphin tour and had so much fun!! Since it was just my husband and I, the guide allowed us to go extremely fast at times ( 60 and 70 miles an hr!) The Owner, was extremely easy to work with, responsive and accommodating to our requests. I believe he sets the gold standard for rentals and all others may pale in comparison

My family and I have been on many vacations but this was by far one of the best - so relaxing, so beautiful. We were impressed with the ease of the rental process and then were blown away with the condo when we arrived. Parking was a breeze, the condo was beautifully decorated, the pool and amenities were first rate, and the proximity to the beach fabulous! We literally loved everything. We were not disappointed on arrival at our condo. It was everything that we had hoped for which matched accurately its description. The condo was immaculately clean. There were all the essentials required for a brilliant vacation already in it. Including towels and beach chairs and umbrella. These were items that were so appreciated as traveling from the UK were not the type of items you could actually pack away in luggage! All we needed were our items of clothing. And to have a good time! It was also great to meet the owner who came over to change batteries immediately, when we mentioned that a smoke alarm was bleeping! Bonita Village itself was also immaculate. We felt safe due to the security procedures to enter the site and condo. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. - Valerie E., United Kingdom
